Can-Am Instruments Rental Terms & Conditions
Rent To Own - 75% of the paid renal charges can be applied towards the purchase of the equipment on rent or a similar new unit. The purchase agreement must be made before or during the rental term. Once the equipment is returned the Rent To Own option no longer applies.
Liability - When the equipment has been picked up or delivered you the customer are liable for any damages or loss of property to the equipment not being returned in the same condition it was rented to you in. Insurance coverage is the customers responsibility and should cover the replacement cost of the rented equipment.
Shipping - Customer is responsible for all freight charges for delivery and return of rental equipment.
Terms and Conditions - Customer is responsible to provide payment by credit card at time of rental or within 30-days OAC. All equipment being returned shall be clean and free or contaminants. All accessories including manuals and software must be returned with the equipment or will be subjected to purchase. Returning the product on time is the customers responsibility, additional charges will apply for equipment not returned on the due date. Contact the rental department to extend your rental agreement.
